Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free Shipping within the Continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Wholesale orders may not apply.

Shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $30, up to 4 pounds.

Delivery Time:

We ship from our shop in Veneta, Oregon, via USPS.  Delivery time will vary based on your location in relation to the shop. We usually process orders within 24-48 hours or purchase.

Awaiting Shipment 

Awaiting shipment means your order has been processed and has been sent to the warehouse to be picked and packed. Once the order is picked and packed, we will send an email with the tracking number, and the order status will change to shipped.

Shipped

Once the package has been scanned by the delivery service, the tracking number will give you the shipment status and estimated delivery date. You may need to wait 24 hours to track your order.  Some items ship from outside warehouses, and the status may still be awaiting shipment. It doesn’t necessarily mean the order has not shipped, only that we have not received or entered the tracking number yet.
