Refund Policy

We’ll refund your online purchase if you:

• Return or exchange any unopened item with the original tag(s) attached in its original condition and packaging.
• Included a copy of your order number, name, address, and phone number.
• Ship by a trackable shipping method.  We can not provide a refund if the item is not received.
• Return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Repack the product with all of its original packaging and return it to:

NOTE:

A shipping charge will apply if your return or exchange is not due to our error.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item does not have the original tag(s) attached, has been used, or is not in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Some items may be subject to a restocking charge.
